Online purchases:

You have 15 calendar days since you received your order to be able to return a product.

Purchases in physical shops:

You have 15 calendar days to exchange your product and there are no refunds, only exchanges or you can opt for a voucher that lasts for one year. 

How can I return it?

You can return any product whenever it is unused, and in perfect condition.

With the original labels as you received the product.

Remember that we can not accept returns of face mask, underwear, swim clothes or headphones because hygiene reasons.

Remember: the return package must be sent within 15 days from when you received your order.

To return a product, just send us an email or fill out the contact form (below) indicating the number or reference of the order and the item you want to return.

We will answer you informing you of the whole process.

Prepare the return

In the email you receive, we will offer you two options:

1.- Send the return by the company you want (paying your shipping)

2.- One of our agencies will collect the package for a cost that will vary depending on the country and we will indicate it to you in the mail. (They will be deducted from the total reimbursement)

We process the return

When we receive the package and verify that everything is correct, we will refund the money in the same payment method you used for your order, discounting the return costs.
