For shipments to other parts of Europe , you must contact us to order and specify the shipping costs . Payment will be made by bank transfer.

We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Andorra or other continents.

Note that local , regional and national holidays can cause delays in both the preparation and dispatch of the order .

The delivery times indicated are for guidance and strive to respect them. However, the delay does not imply the cancellation of the order nor entitle the customer to demand compensation.

In the event that there is any rupture of stock or unavailability of an item we will contact you to communicate it immediately and give you a new delivery date or, if not possible to serve the product, proceed to its cancellation.

Our agency of transportation, Seur, in any case not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

In case it is not possible deliver the shipment and this is returned, it will run at the customer's costs incurred to return.


Our return policy, and following the current legislation is:

If you've received your purchase and there is something you do not like , you can return or exchange , you have 15 natural days to do since you've received the order.

Any returned item will be accepted if it meets the following conditions:

1. Products must be returned intact; can not be used or damaged.
2. The products must bear the identifying labels and should be subject to the product.
3. The products shall be returned in its original packaging and if not possible, another special for it and to ensure the maximum possible guarantees.

Any item returned in normal condition (in original packaging and unused) will be accepted as such.
If the reason for return is personal , we will exchange the amount of purchase discount coupon or voucher that you can place a new order with the items you like. In this case , the costs of return and new shipment will be borne by the purchaser. If the error has been our (the products are defective or does not match what you ordered ) , we assume the return postage , we will order a pick-up at no cost to the customer (Only for Spain and Portugal, for the rest of countries we will pay it after), and would deliver the correct item at no cost to the customer.

We can not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie and headphones for hygiene reasons.

If you paid your order by PayPal, Paypal will refund you the cost of return. There's more information on PayPal Website.

If you want the money back from your order, this will be done in the same way as paid by transfer to your bank account, your credit card or your PayPal account. If you want the money back you must tell us when you request the return of the items. If you have any questions, please contact us by email by clicking here.

Return process:

To proceed with the return of an item, just contact us by email or indicating the number or order reference and the item you wish to return the web form. We will get in touch as soon as possible and we will provide a return number. 

We will offer you two options:

1- You'll have to send us a package with the returned merchandise, and these transportation costs shall be paid by the customer. We will not accept any package postage due.

2- Only for spanish customers: We'll offer you the chance to do with the transportation system, minus the amount of 6 € on the cost of your return. You can also send us the package by any means you choose, always prepaid. 

When we receive the package and let us check that everything is correct, we will provide a voucher or coupon to help you make the purchase you want again.
